Delete Your Account
Permanent account deletion
This page allows you to delete your StillHold account if you no longer have the app installed. You can also delete your account from within the app at Settings → Account → Delete Account.
What happens when you delete your account:
- Your account enters a 30-day cooling-off period. Log in within 30 days to cancel.
- After 30 days, your personal data (email, username, display name) is permanently deleted.
- Your post content is removed. Reckoning chains will show "[deleted user]" — the chain structure is preserved.
- Your email address is retained solely to prevent impersonation of your former identity.
- This action cannot be undone after the 30-day period.
